Tom, Dick & Harry are our three 1000 litre tanks that allow us to put our own brewery fermented Oxford Lager through the Lagering process before serving it direct from the tank to the bar. Our tanks will also be home to our own Oxford IPA and special Animal Brews, where the beer will be conditional before the amber nectar flows direct down to the bar for consumption.

We also have three hand-pulls serving the finest Real Ales from our Firkin sized casks, served to 12oC perfection from our temperature controlled Cellar. If all that isnt enough we have a further three special craft brews from our specially selected guests and experimental brews some of which are wood aged.

House wines ...

Proud to promote on our own labels, we offer a Chilean red which is fabulous and robust bursting with jammy ripe fruits; a new world Merlot but with old world DNA.

Our house white, also from Chile; Las Condes Sauvignon with lovely fruit aromas of passion fruit and grapefruit and a background of citrus character. Dry crispness on entry followed by a zesty acidity and citrus fruit aftertaste.

Both very drinkable.
